  Both mattresses heavy stained. 1 mattress was far worse with a blood stain.

  Bin was mangled and wouldn't function according. Shower flooded after each shower taken. Water would not drain away immediately. Took the best part of 10 - 15 minutes to completely drain.

  The intimidation and harassment suffered by these young people is disgusting. On the 1st night they were asked to turn down the music, which they did, however a fine of 100 euros was applied by the hotel security. On the 2nd day the 2 girls were getting ready to go out at 6am and the security guard came to their room and told them they were making too much noise and that they had to give him 50 euros. No warning was given. These fines (total fines for the group 1000 euros) continued throughout the 10 days of the holiday and when one of the girls complained to reception the man on reception shouted at her and touched her inappropriately.

  Faulty Towers gone wrong, stayed for 10 days recently, no kettle, no liquid soap in bathroom, no cleaning done, we stripped bedding for cleaners to change beds, got back in the evening no beds made up and no bedding in apartment. Yes I know it was cheap to stay there but you still deserve some kind of basic service. The best thing about this place was the barman Morgan, very friendly and welcoming and gave us great tourist info on what to do on the island. Would I go back to the Deya? Not in my life time!!

  Freezer was absolutely iced over. Was unable to fit A bottle of water inside. Spent a good 15 minutes chipping away at the ice berg that had formed.

  Good value for money. Rooms spacious but very, very simple. If you want tidy and neat, not your place. Bed comfortable. Sewers don't work properly. Nice view from the balcony (our room at the 8th floor). Very close to the beach, supermarket and restaurants right by the hotel. All in general a nice stay!

  One star is too high for this place. I am representing a party of young people who visited here 3 weeks ago. Their rooms were filthy, the sheets were not changed in 2 weeks and the entire party of 8 got ill (Symptoms included chills, fever, coughing, tiredness and fatigue, headache and muscle ache and decreased appetite) from the leaking air conditioners and the floor of the apartment was continuously wet from the leaks.

  I have written to the hotel making them aware of the threatening, intimidating and inappropriate behaviour that was experienced by these young people. I would add that this group were not unruly and complied with the rules of the establishment.

  Couldn't fault. Rooms were clean and modern, pool area was great. Not too noisy despite being mostly young people staying perfect for young groups of people going on holiday to Santa Ponsa, I would definitely stay there again! Right on the strip and handy although I wouldn't recommend for family or older people who want a quiet holiday as this hotel is popular with groups of young people on party holidays
